The shared AI inbox for agencies. Dalruz keeps each client's email and social conversations, knowledge, and brand voice in an isolated workspace, then prepares a grounded reply for the team to review — or owner-controlled auto-send for eligible messages. Email covers Gmail, Outlook, and custom IMAP/SMTP; social unifies Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok Business.
The problem
- Agencies were switching between client mailboxes and social accounts, so replies lost the right voice, knowledge, and approval trail.
- Generic AI assistants could not keep tenant data isolated or keep a human in the loop before a message went out.
The solution
- Building a multi-tenant workspace model with RLS so each client's inboxes, knowledge, brand voice, and rules stay scoped.
- Preparing retrieval-grounded drafts in separate Email and Social queues, with human review by default and owner-controlled auto-send for eligible replies.
- Connecting Gmail, Outlook, IMAP/SMTP, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok Business, plus owner-only Paystack card billing.
The outcome
- A production web app at dalruz.com where an agency team reviews, edits, rejects, or sends client-aware replies from one place.
- Fail-closed drafting: missing AI configuration or ungrounded output never becomes a fake ready draft.
